I have bought 3 houses in the past. I have never refinanced before. To be truthful I was a bit apprehensive doing this on live. Jake was superb walked me through the process with ease. I like the fact that I could call him as many times I needed to about any concerns, at no time did I feel like I was bothering him Jake is SUPERB !!!!!!!
