My experience with Chris Marshall from Rocket Mortgage was 100% satisfactory. Anytime we needed something he was quick to answer our questions and move it to the next level up until closing. Would gladly recommend Rocket Mortgage/ Rocket mortgage. the only minimal downside was when we moved from step to step we were not informed of each step and what the purpose of each step was.
