One, I had to refinance an existing loan as part of a divorce settlement agreement. Other lenders had advised the divorce would need to be completed first, before the refinancing could be underwritten. John was able to assure me Rocket Mortgage could underwrite the refinancing prior to the divorce being finalized- his willingness to work with me as I was ...John was great to work with on my loan.

Austin was always on top of things to the point that I asked him if he ever sleeps! He kept me up to date on text, email or a phone call and was always courteous of my time (or lack of).
