I could not have asked for a better loan officer than Matthew. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire refinancing process. He made the experience easy and enjoyable. I could tell from the beginning that he had my best interest at heart, and he helped me get the best loan that I possibly could get.
