If I should ever need anything again with my mortgage. Rocket Mortgage is who I will call. I was told about 10 years ago by a coworker if I ever need to refinance on my home to call Rocket. I wasn't going to; but before I called Rocket. I called another company first. They wanted to offer me 23k less for $441. I was hesitant to call Rocket at first; but I said just do it. The only thing is it could be higher or lower, & ok what happens. What a Surprise. I will always use Rocket & highly recommend them to other home owners. Most agents are trying to get a deal done, but he worked sincerely with me to ensure I was comfortable with the transaction and that it made sense for me, including walking through various options. I never felt pressured into anything and know enough about the market to know that he was completely honest and open with me about the deal. He was also available and readily answered all of my questions. So often, you start a transaction with a company, and the agent disappears, is hard to get in touch with, or pretty much forgets who you are when you talk to them again. Andrew remembered every detail, always had good advice, and was always available. It was the best experience I've had in real estate transactions over the past decades.
