On the first initial phone call he was great with giving me the info, following up, getting everything in order and then we never heard from him again during the process. There were some terms I wanted to update and he told me we could do it at the closing but he was not in attendance at the closing - no RM rep was present if we wanted to update any info. My concern was completely dismissed.
