Ryan did an amazing job walking us as firsttime homebuyers through the process. He's knowledgeable, helpful, and has a warm demeanor. He made working with Rocket mortgage feel more like working with a personal banker. Thanks Ryan!

Very dedicated and talented loan officer. Answered all my questions and worked with me to get the best loan and rate possible. Would highly recommend Shervin if pursuing financing through Rocket.

Very helpful through the process of equity loan. Cannot say the same for the phone support when I asked to have the envelope mailed to a different address as I would be out of town they confirmed twice the address but it was left on our porch for anyone to take.

Joe provided an exceptional level of service and communication that truly far exceeded our expectations. He was prompt, incredibly responsive, and always took the time to make sure we understood each step of the process. The ease, clarity, and overall experience with Rocket Mortgage completely blew our mind. From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress‑free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Joe and Rocket Mortgage to anyone looking for outstanding service.Read MoreRead Less

Mariana in every aspect of the process of securing our refinance. She was responsive on every occasion I reached out to her. She worked hard to save me any unnecessary paperwork in the application process

Patrick was incredibly patient with me over the course of a couple of months, and ultimately helped me to refinance at a rate and term I am both comfortable and happy with. He deserves high praise for the patience and for hanging with me, a skeptic, for so long. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and persistence. Cheers!
