Jordan was great, fast, understood urgency, understood our needs and was very responsive. We wished we didn't have to deal with Chris though, as I am now going to get hit with late payment and interest on my credit card as I was told not to pay for it because it was going to be paid by escrow, even though I noted the deadline for payment. Ayyah could not have been more amazing! She reviewed my original mortgage that I had with Rocket. She let me know that she could reduce my rate but was very upfront with me about waiting because she hi m could get me a lower rate if we waited a month or two. She was out to take my money she really wanted to help me reduce my monthly payments and debt to income ratio. She was very communicative ...Ayyah could not have been more amazing!
