Ayyah could not have been more amazing! She reviewed my original mortgage that I had with Rocket. She let me know that she could reduce my rate but was very upfront with me about waiting because she hi m could get me a lower rate if we waited a month or two. This is actually my third time working with him, and just like before, everything has been exceptional. I’ll share more details once this refinance closes, but I already know we’re in great hands.

I had lost the original invite email and just found it while reaching out to Shiraz again for a refinance in October 2025. This is actually my third time working with him, and just like before, everything has been exceptional. I’ll share more details once this refinance closes, but I already know we’re in great hands.

Shiraz has been my go-to loan advisor from the start. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, and makes the process fast and stress-free. He respects your time, avoids unnecessary back-and-forth, and always finds ways to get things done quickly, really showing that “Rocket speed” the company is known for.
During my second purchase (a rental property), after Shiraz also helped me with my first residential purchase two years earlier. I was initially assigned to another advisor by the system, and unfortunately, we couldn’t get qualified for the loan at that time. About a year later, we decided to give Rocket Mortgage another try and reached out directly to Shiraz. Once he took over, everything changed, he guided us through the process efficiently and helped us close without a hitch.
When it comes to mortgages, I don’t even think twice, I go straight to Shiraz. Highly recommend him if you want someone who actually delivers results.
