I still feel bad for imposing on him in such a manner (and I'm not suggesting anyone else should do so unless absolutely necessary!) but it's just a great example of how hard Justin works for his clients. Right from the initial web chat to the point where my offer was accepted, Justin kept in contact to see how the house hunt was progressing.
