Charlie Sloan with Rocket Mortgage was fantastic and extremely professional, great communication and response to all my calls/questions. I WAS SKEPTICAL AT FIRST APPLYING ONLINE NOT HAVING A FACE TO FACE CONVERSATION. We had some hiccups along the way but Charlie worked through it with us and got us to the finish line. But not only was the pricing and terms better & I could tell that Charlie was very knowledgeable. Mr. Vu is an exceptional mortgage banker who is well endowed with an in-depth knowledge of home loan processes. Together with my wife in our attempt to buy our first house met this wonderful man who made what most people refer to as a nightmare in a house buying the most simple and easy to follow process. He was very candid and explained every little bit of the loan process to us.
