Moe has been very persuasive with his knowledge. I knew we had too much debt and was angry with myself for allowing us to fall into debt again. The only real solution was to consolidate our debts and refinance the mortgage. Now we can pay down our new loan quicker with the money freed up by not having to pay other bills, thus gaining back the time lost by refinancing.
