Marc was a very professional person to work with. He was helpful through each step of getting a mortgage for my new home. He could have been a little better on follow-up with me and that is the only reason I did not give him 5 stars. If he was missing something from me, I did not realize it and a quick call could have done away with that. All in all Marc is a great employee of Rocket Mortgage.
