I don't take reviews lightly, but I can honestly say that Alex S. was a pleasure to work with! This is our 2nd refi through Rocket Mortgage. This time we did a 15 yr. I had very specific guidelines and wishes that Alex took to heart and stayed in contact with me day and night regardless of the time difference.
