To be honest, we weren’t looking to refinance, I took a stupid survey from Pinterest to see how much I could save if I refinance and after I submitted all my info, I realized I just blasted my info out there for hundreds of spammy calls. When Rocket Mortgage called me, I connected with Alex and told him, I wasn’t really interested cause we were only in our mortgage for a little over a year. He understood and shared some experiences with me, he wasn’t pushy. It was a really casual conversation and I didn’t feel pressured to lock this down over a 10 minute call. In a little over a week I think we had everything completed and we were scheduling out closing date.
