Our experience with Rocket Mortgage and Sam was awesome. Sam was reactive, proposing, following up quickly and giving regular and quick feedback to us about our application. The result was he guided us wisely and we could even further advance the closing one week earlier than initially planned. No issue during closing the fund was already at escrow when we arrived. If there was an option for 10 stars, I would not hesitate to give them all to Crystal. She was/is absolutely amazing at what she does. She replies in a timely manner and is always clear about what she is saying. That is a gift when dealing with texting/emailing these days.
