Jaimee spent at least an hour with me starting my loan process. And that hour was late for her, after normal working hours in Detroit. I greatly appreciated her knowledge and professionalism and how smoothly my loan application went. And that was because she knew what she was doing. I don't remember if I had additional phone contact with her, but I do know that the Rocket Mortgage process was ...Jaimee spent at least an hour with me starting my loan process.
