Lizeth failed to follow through or even follow up for that matter. I attempted to reach out on a few occasions both by email and phone with no luck. But suddenly I received a letter in the mail stating I had been denied for my inquiry and in the letter the information used for my profile was incorrect. Not only that I had not provided said information which is very concerning.

My husband and I recently worked with Kate on financing the purchase of our first home. As new homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Kate was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, taking a lot of time out of her day to explain all of the details and options to us in a way we could understand. She was very quick to respond throughout the whole process and never left us waiting. Recommending Kate...My husband and I recently worked with Kate on financing the purchase of our first home.
