Changed rate of interest at final stage.

Communication wise he is good, but didn't commit what he promises.
He agreed upon a rate of interest and when I was about to finalize the home I liked, he changed rate of interest to much higher one a day before offer. This is very very unprofessional.

Would not recommend him to anyone who is looking for some reliable lender.
