So I'll say this...when you start the process of getting a loan it's very confusing. For me, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting a bad deal. Brooklyn made the experience great. If you are like me and are overwhelmed with all the fees and details - you need someone who will break it down for you and take the time to do so in a way that is simple to digest. Brooklyn did exactly that. ...So I'll say this...when you start the process of getting a loan it's very confusing. For me, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't getting a bad deal. Brooklyn made the experience great. If you are like me and are overwhelmed with all the fees and details - you need someone who will break it down for you and take the time to do so in a way that is simple to digest. Brooklyn did exactly that. And she went as far as to look up all the exact numbers for my new house taxes and insurance etc. Other just asked me for that detail and used it as round numbers. Did this matter? Maybe not for some..but for me it did.

You are in good hands with Brooklyn. You know in your gut that she is there to help. With all the stress of buying a home - we all could use someone like that.
