Tom was great to work with. Our application became stalled because of the military paperwork being delayed due to the Government shutdown in January 2019. Throughout the next two months that we waited for the military documents Tom was alerting us to processing tasks that needed to be done and what was happening with the loan application, even though we were in a holding pattern.
