My experience with Ryan was absolutely fantastic. Ryan walked me through all the forms and pages to guide through to a fantastic finish. Ryan always checked on my work as the documentation process went on. It was really done very fast and accurate. I had my loan completed so fast i just kept waiting for more things to do. Nikki was amazing throughout the process of my re-fi! As standard as re-fi's seem to be anymore it is still a long, and personal process and most of us don't like sharing personal details with strangers. That's one of the things i like most about Nikki. She was very respectful, and by the end--hardly a stranger!

We highly recommend working with Troy! His customer service and the way he handled the loan approval and purchase process was incredible. Although we were 3 hours behind, he was always available attending our questions -even on weekends. He is knowledgeable and very friendly to talk with.
