Rose was great to work with. Very personable. She took initiative in the beginning of the process to ask for a more competitive rate for us. That act made up our minds to choose Rocket Mortgage. Later, when the Seller was hospitalized before our Purchase Agreement was signed by all four parties, Rose drafted a Docusign Intent to Purchase for one Seller and one Purchaser. That got the process ...Rose was great to work with. Very personable. She took initiative in the beginning of the process to ask for a more competitive rate for us. That act made up our minds to choose Rocket Mortgage. Later, when the Seller was hospitalized before our Purchase Agreement was signed by all four parties, Rose drafted a Docusign Intent to Purchase for one Seller and one Purchaser. That got the process going and the signed Contract was submitted a few days later.
However, when our file was passed to Laura, Rose and Laura insisted that we only had the Intent to Purchase and didn't bother to look for the Contract. That oversight held up our Escrow with Title. I was forced to spend time researching my sent files and finally found the Contract. I sent it to Laura, Rose and Title. All agreed it was a signed PC, but no one apologized. Very frustrating.
