In my previous life I was a RE Broker. Once the house was found that where all the agony started, Getting the loa approved, If I had Orval on my team I would probably still be in Real Estate. Everything he said to me down to the penny was exact. My guess is he will go far in the mortgage banking business. He has no limitations. Great experience.
