David was great at communicating and being reachable over the phone and text at first. He was overly optimistic about some initial options he thought he could deliver, but fell through in the end. Towards the end, I had to initiate most of the tasks and stay on top myself so that my loan stayed on track and at same amounts as quoted. There was a time when they were not as organized as they are now not as good with underwriting and managing applicant expectations and all that seems to have changed.
