I recently had an opportunity to refinance my mortgage with Rocket Mortgage. I was fortunate enough to work with Julie Lewis who helped me tremendously throughout all of the process. Garrett was very Proffesional and knew his stuff. He knows all the answers and explains them in a way you can understand. He gets back to your messages very quickly, does not let you hanging. Gino was absolutely great !! The only thing I had issues with was not starting and completing the process with Gino himself . I felt comfortable with Gino and appreciated all his help and knowledge but then got passed off to someone else . At no fault of Gino .
