Shane kept me informed as to where I was at with regard to my line of credit approval. He always answered any questions I may have had and explained the procedure to me in layman's terms. He always returned my calls in an expedient fashion and closed out my request to my one hundred percent approval.

Chris called me not long after I got on line to find out what it would take to get pre-qualified for a home loan. From that start Chris was right there answering all my questions, showing me what documents were needed and helping me get the loan. I highly recommend him. Sam is terrific. He always knew how to help me out. He rates more than 5 stars!!! If I called and he was busy he called back very quickly. He knew every thing about the process and was always there to help us. The process from start to finish was absolutely painless and the settlement occurred quickly. If I ever have the need for another mortgage Sam will "get the call"

I might add that having a scanner made the process move fast, Sam was able to see the process from his end and if I got into a jam he could login to my laptop to assist.
Even after finishing with him, Rocket Mortgage helped me set up automatic withdrawls to make the entire process PAINLESS.
