Drew did an excellent job of helping me clearly understand why a refi might be helpful on the front end and then guided me through the experience. We had to make some repairs after our initial appraisal and he locked in the rate and gave us sufficient time to make the repairs so we could keep the low rate and make the refi work. I would definitely recommend working with him.
