I was very satisfied with my experience. The best part was the interface with Vance Presson and the rep that visited my house to close the loan. The personnel in between the opening and closing were good. There were two 3 day delays that I was not warned of ahead of time. Personally, I would have preferred a single point of contact throughout the process. Additionally, I would have thought ...I was very satisfied with my experience.
