Although Rocket Mortgage made us jump through many hoops (and frequently the same hoops twice), Heather is a dedicated and highly responsive resource who delivered an extremely high quality product and guided us through the process. She answered the phone at all times (including 10 PM on a Friday night when we had a deadline and a question). I would absolutely work with her again.
