This was our first experience of doing a mortgage loan, pretty much, without leaving our home. Doug was so very helpful with navigating us "old timers" through the easy process. We were given his cell number, that we were encouraged to use, for any questions that we had. This was our fourth mortgage loan, and I have to say the easiest and no one had to take any time off work, or make any appointments at the bank.
