Chad was an excellent agent. I had absolutely no problems at all throughout the whole closing, my biggest problem is that I didn't receive enough money back and I had to pay extremely to much at closing $3.79, I almost had to rob a bank in order to pay that amount. CHAD WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!
