THE INTER-ACTION WITH PATRICK WAS EASY AND COMFORTABLE. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN EVER I CONTACTED HIM AND CONNECTED ME WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE TO GET ANSEWERS HE WAS UNABLE TO GIVE. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN FIRST STATED, HOWEVER THAT WAS DUE TO EXTRA PAPER WORK NOT ANTICIPATED. OVERALL A GREAT PROCESS AND I WOULD WORK WITH PATRICK AGAIN IF NEED BE.
