Bill was excellent! I didn't make it easy on him. I think I changed my mind 15 times. He is very knowledgeable, hardworking and focused on customer satisfaction. I could tell that he takes his responsibility to provide a quality experience very seriously. What I'm most pleased with is that he was invested in me as a person. I was not at all ready to do anything with my house and mortgage until I had a chance to interact with Mr Bill Farhat . In my first telephonic conversation with him I felt that this my be the right guy to help me out. But I was not 100% sure to go forward . So I decided to ask all the credibility and legal and bank and trust related questions to him regarding Refinancing my house . He explained ...I was not at all ready to do anything with my house and mortgage until I had a chance to interact with Mr Bill Farhat . He explained me so very well that broke my fear of dealing with Banking and refinancing companies. Bill is the guy to go with regarding mortgage, refinancing or any other credit related issue. He called me Brother and he told me he will be and he is right.He is very good replying your phone call and messages. His guidance and expertise help get rid of my debt and improve my credit score and refinance my house. He is great asset to Rocket Mortgage and rocket mortgage. Very highly recommended.
