I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a friend and at first I was very apprehensive about working with an online lender. As soon as I submitted my request I received a call from Mitchel, he was very helpful and explained the process in great detail, once he presented the numbers I was very happy with the estimate he provided. From that point, Mitchel was always available and even when he wasn’t he ...I was referred to Rocket Mortgage by a friend and at first I was very apprehensive about working with an online lender. As soon as I submitted my request I received a call from Mitchel, he was very helpful and explained the process in great detail, once he presented the numbers I was very happy with the estimate he provided. From that point, Mitchel was always available and even when he wasn’t he always called back as soon as he was free.

Once his part was done, Mitchel sent me a detaile email on the next steps and introduced me to Ocie Brown who helped me with the rest of the process. I am very happy with Rocket Mortgage and all the team members that helped me through this process.
