Without a doubt, Michael was super to work with.. My loan was not without some challenges and Michael handled them with ease and was "Always Available" to handle my questions and needs.. This is my third loan with Rocket Mortgage and I would use them again if I ever need to (Michael is a BIG reason why)..

Chris was the most professional and knowledgeable person in this field of expertise. From the moment I called him and let him know our needs with our reverse mortgage to the end of the process was less than 3 weeks. This enabled our family to move ahead without the financial worries of retirement. Mr Zajec was very helpful and confidence inspiring when I first made a tentative inquiry into how reverse Mortgage would work for me .We hit a few snags but he always found a way to solve the problem . Just had my Closing and it went off without a hitch !
