When I spoke to Jill she was very professional and courteous putting myself and wife at ease. She walked us through the process telling us of upcoming milestones. She followed up after her portion was completed to ensure we were able to close on time. From start to finish it was less than 3 weeks from the time application opened to receiving our cash out.
