It was after multiple local mortgage lenders gave me very contradicting information that I made a last ditch effort and contacted Rocket Mortgage. I feel fortunate that Leah is the one I initially connected with. I don’t know if everyone feels excited to talk to their mortgage broker, but I always smiled when I saw Leah calling. She was a bright ray of sunshine during an INCREDIBLY STRESSFUL time.

I found Leah to be very knowledgeable and able to answer questions thoroughly and quickly. If she didn’t know the answer, she was able to obtain it quickly. Leah listened to my financial concerns regarding a down payment, monthly payments, but also taking into consideration the area where I live, the cost of housing here and the wish to keep my son in his current school. Leah followed up consistently throughout the process and even called to wish me Happy Closing Day after several false starts.

Robin was always responsive, helpful and resourceful. She made herself available for questions and was never overly aggressive. I had started to work with another company due to some lower costs but what a disaster. You get what you pay for and I ended that relationship to start working with Robin again. Robin got done in a few weeks what others take months to do.
