I don’t know if I have the words to describe how I feel about Pamela and her expertise and experience. When we got our last mortgage 6 years ago with Wells Fargo, it was absolute hell. I was constantly printing forms, signing them, scanning them, and emailing them back. They kept requesting more and more documentation for everything. It was almost like a full time job just getting the loan. ...I don’t know if I have the words to describe how I feel about Pamela and her expertise and experience. We actually had to move our closing back twice, a week at a time because of their practices.
With Pamela and Rocket Mortgage, everything was easy. The loan status site made sure I knew what was needed. And Pamela made sure to honor my request to call me anytime something was needed to make sure I didn’t miss anything. She not only knew what needed done immediately, but she anticipated what needed to be done in a week, or two weeks. It’s obvious she knows her job inside and out. Knowledge is power, and she’s as powerful a person as I’ve ever met. She promised me she could get the loan approval in 18-21 days after we made an offer on a house, and she delivered! Her vast experience is obvious. We’ve moved 7 times in 19 years, always purchasing a new home when we did. So we’ve got experience with mortgage lenders. Because of Pamela’s experience, knowledge, and personality, when we move again, we will definitely use Rocket Mortgage if Pamela still works there, she made the process easy. She reduced my stress during an extremely stressful time. For that, I will be forever grateful. Customers for life!
Y’all better make sure she is very well compensated for what she does, because if you don’t, another institution may snatch her away from you. If I was still in the business world, I’d definitely try to recruit her!
