Bill was amazing at helping me! I came in not sure what type of refinance I wanted (15y straight out, 15-30 with cash out...) but he walked me though the benefits of all the options. He really took the time to understand where I was going and walked me though the entire process and make sure I was comfortable all the way to closing.
