I have worked with Kory twice so far. The last two home purchases I interviewed several potential lenders. Rocket Mortgage (specifically Kory) was upfront and honest and responded to all questions in a timely manner resulting in my choosing Rocket Mortgage to be my lender.

In both cases throughout the approval process and up to closing, Kory always responded to every question I had within a few hours. If he was not able to help, he would take the time to find me the correct person to help.
In selecting a lender I look for several key factors; honesty, reliability, sound advise, responsiveness. Rocket Mortgage and Kory met those expectations.
