Mr. Manny is so polite, well spoken, concerned about his applicants, very encouraging and so eager to help with any type of issue that you might have. My first interaction with Crystal was via text on the Rocket Mortgage website. I knew almost immediately that I had found a real gem in Crystal. She was courteous, responsive, and very reassuring. The mortgage process was scary for me, and I was so relieved knowing I had Crystal and her team guiding me. She responded to all my questions right away, which really helped with my anxiety.
