Melissa was able to help us get into a great home and make it feel very simple every step of the way. We felt like everything was perfectly explained to us along the way and she went above and beyond to get us into are new home on closing date! We will be using Melissa in the future for the next loan!

Mark got my refinance was done when Mark said it would, which was on time. He answered all my questions and was most courteous and professional throughout the process. He recommended a loan that matched what I was wanted. Rocket makes it easy on the website and app, too.

Honestly fantastic help. Told me exactly where every account needed to be and brought up my credit faster than I ever would have expected. Hopefully I never need him again but he would be the first person I go to.
