I would actually give Andre 100 stars! He was always very prompt in getting back to me with the details of refinancing my home. In fact, we sealed the deal within a few hours! I had a few glitches with some of the other loans I consolidated into the refinance and Andre was fantastic in responding to me calls and got me to where I needed to be to resolve the issues. Everyone I have worked with ...I would actually give Andre 100 stars! He was always very prompt in getting back to me with the details of refinancing my home. After not being able to refi with Rocket Mortgage, Amraa called me back and said she would be able to get us refi'd. Everything went very smoothly, and all calls/emails were answered extremely fast. Amraa was very easy to talk with and very knowledgable. I would recommend her, and also would like to work with her again in the future.
