I've worked with Craig now on three different mortgages for three different properties over a period of a year. First we did a 15 year re-fi on our existing home in California and then we did two new mortgages for income properties in Pennsylvania. At 61 years old, I can truthfully say I have never experienced such over-the-top customer service as I did from Jeff Krinsky! He stayed involved with my refinance even while he was on vacation making sure everything went smoothly and "pain-free" for me! I wish I could give him MORE than 5 stars!
