Mario was a wonderful help with our refinance. The only problem we had is that we were told that if we got our paperwork in on the day that we started we would get $500 bonus and I got all the paper work in and should have gotten the $500 and didn't. Then later I was told it was on the closing paper but the only $500 on there was the deposit we made at the beginning and told that would be credited back on the closing papers. The closing was suppose to happen in early January but didn't until February 9th but I don't believe that was Mario's fault. If I was to get my $500 I would recommend you to others but as it is I will not since you do not do what you promise.Read MoreRead Less
