Prince was polite and quick to get the ball rolling. I wish however, I had been warned that closing costs were going to going to be taken from my checking account. This action caused many overdraft fees to my account. I had set the closing costs aside and the money was not in this account.

Rich is a rockstar! I didn't expect to find my home before ending my lease and here I was with less than 4 weeks from putting in an offer to my desired closing date.
