Moe did a good job explaining the loan and getting it done. My only complaint is that he or someone on his team did not get back with me when there were changes to the loan amount and interest points paid. I saw them on the final documents which caused some confusion.

Sean Park is by far the most professional person I have ever worked with across the board! Before I even finished filling out the on-line form on the Rocket Mortgage site, my phone was ringing and 3 hours later I was almost done with my REFI, on TWO properties. In addition, Sean was consistently kind, caring and patient while I underwent major surgery just 2 weeks after we started the refinance ...Sean Park is by far the most professional person I have ever worked with across the board!
