I have used Rocket Mortgage now for 4 times and each time is a very good experience. even when things go wrong which they often do, Rocket Mortgage and the team, in this case Brett was handling my loan, go to the bat for their clients and find a way to make it work. Brett did a great job and stayed in communication with me through the whole process. Bryan said he would hold my hand through the process and he did. He gave me all the info of the loan in the beginning and explained in regular people talk all my questions on the way. He helped me increase the loan amount that I needed when it was known there was more equity than thought. A great experience.
