I cannot give Ameer a 5 star rating. My experience with him was not the best and working with him did not give me the "peace of mind" that he claims. I have had positive, amazing experiences with Rocket Mortgage in the past, but for some reason my refinance seemed to have slipped through the cracks with Ameer. Communication was at a standstill and his replies to my texts and calls were not ...I cannot give Ameer a 5 star rating. I have had positive, amazing experiences with Rocket Mortgage in the past, but for some reason my refinance seemed to have slipped through the cracks with Ameer. Communication was at a standstill and his replies to my texts and calls were not returned in a timely manner. Because of this lack of communication, deadlines were at risk of expiring. At one point I spoke to his supervisor to cancel my refinance altogether due to misinformation given by Ameer! All in all, this "home loan experience" was not the best, but stressful.
