Jeremy is awesome in the aspect of; i can't stand when people don't call you back 2, 3, 4 days later and i have to follow up with them. That earns my five star rating. NOT JEREMY!!!!! He's there there to help you every step of the way and if he's not available he will make sure someone is there to help.
