Cass is BY FAR the BEST and most KNOWLEDGABLE mortgage lender I have come across in over 19 years of purchasing homes (AKA Obtaining a mortgage). Cass helped me out over a year ago with a refinance of a property and did a fantastic job of making sure all my forms were in and up to date. I subsequently reached out to CASS when I decided to buy a new home. Cass started the process and ...Cass is BY FAR the BEST and most KNOWLEDGABLE mortgage lender I have come across in over 19 years of purchasing homes (AKA Obtaining a mortgage). Cass helped me out over a year ago with a refinance of a property and did a fantastic job of making sure all my forms were in and up to date. I subsequently reached out to CASS when I decided to buy a new home. Cass started the process and unfortunately I let a local lender persuade me to do business with them. BIG MISTAKE!! Cass informed me the local lender wasn't being transparent in the process and CASS was 100% correct. I ended up dropping the local lender and sticking with CASS and Rocket. THE BEST DECISION I COULD HAVE EVER MADE. Cass is not a lender but a FRIEND who cares about his clients and takes the time out to lay out WORST CASE SENERIOS and BEST CASE SENERIOS. You NEVER are surprised by anything dealing with CASS he let's you know UP FRONT what he can and can not do!!! I respect his passion for helping people and HE is the ONLY mortgage lender I will ever work with in the future. The entire team at Rocket is phenomenal!!
